PERMA BLEND - BRONZER

This is a warm brown with medium value with an orange-based eyebrow pigment. Used to add warmth to colours or for correcting ashy/cool brows. It is not suitable to be used on its own. Suitable for Fitzpatrick skin tones 1-3.
